These Terms of Service govern your use of the PROJECT FREEDOM website and your purchase of any products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our returns process is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. As a UK consumer, you also have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day right to cancel most online orders. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural variation in fabric dye lots. Drop quantities are limited and once sold out, a style may not be restocked.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the PROJECT FREEDOM name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
